Ghanaians Are Very Bad, We Don’t Love Ourselves”-Shatta Wale Laments
Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr., better known in the music industry as Shatta Wale, is a Ghanaian dancehall musician who has won several awards. He recently expressed his regret that the degree of animosity in Ghana has stymied the development of the country for a number of years.
Shatta Wale remarked that the mentality of many Ghanaians have retaded the success of many in the country, particularly in the entertainment business, while voicing his feelings over some statements made by the outspoken media personality and singer Blakk Rasta.
He stated that Ghanaians do not love one another to the extent necessary to encourage, love, and support one another in all of our undertakings.
“Ghana, listen to me when I tell you anything, you people need to wake up! Because the philosophy that underpins the country is quite awful, the mindsets in that country are also very bad. This is due to the fact that we do not love ourselves, which is a reality that is constantly repeated by everyone. He yelled at them, “Don’t you people see it!”
He went on to explain that a clear illustration of this is Blakk Rasta, who has been breathing down his neck ever since he first started out in the music industry. He also stated that Blakk Rasta is a coward and a dumb man.
